Down to the Wire

This has been a crazy summer. Please take a look at my Blog if you get a chance, I am adding and revamping. Does anyone know where in the HTML script the Polling element is? I tried to add it but the script has an internal error and I need to delete it. The site suggests doing it through HTML.
